Cookie Karma

We went a few days ago. A very cute spot with incredible coffee and cookies. Matthew was very kind to us and took the time to really engage with us, share his journey and talk about life. Looking forward to dropping by again. Definitely my new favourite spot!

I had a huge craving for a real American chocolate chip cookie and a good specialty coffee and got both of them in this lovely place, besides the man who’s in charge there gives the most welcoming attention and makes sure you are happy with your choice, congrats to this man who definitely loves putting a smile on all those who stop by this beautiful coffee place.

It has been a long time since I didn’t have such warm feelings after visitings cafe/restaurant. I just walked in with my dog (pet friendly) and I felt like I know this place for many years. The owners serve your personally and find individual approach to each client. Moreover they speak English which is rare here in Spain. Cookies are just amazing! As well as their coffee highly recommended It is tiny place but there is place to sit.

I like my coffee strong and my cookies sweet! Cookie Karma has the best cookies in Madrid and beyond. Plus the friendliest ambiance, Matthew is the best! Great for enjoying your cookie inside or for take out.

Wow!!! Finding this place was the highlight of my trip to Madrid! The man at the counter was absolutely lovely and explained all their cookie flavours with care and patience. Very polite, very welcoming. He also mentioned the way they make cookies and brownies - all of this told with love and passion for his job! :) The shop is quite small but light and airy, so the atmosphere is very calm and friendly. Now for the food: 1. Brownie that takes three days to make. Absolutely delicious!! It melts in you mouth and feels like a bite of heaven. 2. Triple chocolate cookie. It is great, you can taste the three different chocolates really well 3. Matcha and phistacio. This one is fantastic! It's not too sweet, the flavours work well together, and the phistacio paste is really good quality 4. Carrot cake. Really feels as if you are taking a bite of the cake. The cinamon gives it a cozy warm feeling 5. Chocolate chip. Honestly, just a beautiful example of a good cookie. Gooey, chewy and lots of chocolate - exactly what was expected All the cookies are big and the brownie is huge! Bonus: they have a good tea selection, which is also delicious. They take care when brewing the tea, which I find a rare case in other places Overall, an amazing experience and I will definitely come back next time I visit!!

I am from Canada and I ordered some cookies and brownies online from Cookie Karma to be shipped to my friend who lives outside of Madrid for his birthday. Not only was the package delivered on time, but Matthew went above and beyond in helping me get this special package to my friend. I really appreciated the efforts and time he put into this and keeping this a surprise. My friend also said the cookies and brownies were amazing. I 100% recommend Cookie Karma. I can't wait to visit when I'm in Madrid again. Matthew, thank you so much for your help in making my friend's birthday special. We both appreciate it so much.

I’ve been looking for a café in Madrid that serves freshly baked cookies and gives you the nostalgic feeling of trying your first-ever chocolate chip cookie, paired with a glass of warm milk as a kid — and Cookie Karma is just that. Not only are the cookies and service exceptional, but the conversation with the owner, Matthew, also makes the entire experience perfect. 10/10 highly recommend! Some good karma led me to find this place and some great cookies
